Currently working at IBM as a front end developer. In addition to standard development activity I also design user experiences and advocate for web accessibility.College history: Student web developer, designer, and 3D modeler with a variety of high level skills at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am focusing in web development and have experience creating intuitive and accessible web pages from my classes and as a current Student Assistant Web Developer. Through this job I have created over 50 websites for engineering faculty. I have also applied my skills with design to a marketing focused job at the Colorado Space Grant. At this job I have created marketing package materials, planned social media, added website functionalities, and planned for future methods of public engagement. I also work as a Discovery Learning Apprentice on a physics based project on acoustic metamaterials. For this job, I use Grasshopper and Rhino to create tunable 3D models and develop a physical device. For an outside of class activity I participate in the NASA SUITS challenge on the CU team. As a part of the human factors group, I work on designing a clean and informative Heads Up Display using mixed reality on the Microsoft Hololens that could be used by astronauts on spacewalks. We also test human interaction with the design to learn areas of improvement.
