As an estimator for Copy Stop, I onboard new clients through our software system where I input their orders. I work with the customer via email, phone call or in person to determine the scope of their project so my team can deliver high quality print products. I determine a cost for their project, get quote approval, collect payment and ensure the customer is taken care of.I manage another estimator and assign and oversee estimating tasks relevant to job complexity. I oversee all jobs inputted by the other estimator to ensure each job is correct.I lead all customer service related interactions, working closely with top tier clients to make sure their needs are met. I also handle all problems or complaints by actively responding in a calm and professional manner. If I’m unable to resolve the issue, I elevate the complaint to my manager.When time allows, I help create graphics from scratch while I work closely with Copy Stop clients.
