- Manage all on-set production. This includes: organizing flow of shoot, ensuring accuracy with samples/outfits, communicating specifics of each shot to art director/photographer, facilitating backgrounds/set designs, assisting in equipment orders, and managing freelance support. - Support the business by managing all aspects of a given project - from concept to pre-plan through actual shoot. Communicate these aspects cross-functionally throughout shoot planning.- Research, scout and secure locations for photo shoots, including permits as necessary.- Anticipate and resolve issues, including last-minute changes due to location, talent, or weather issues by utilizing appropriate resources.- Work with a Project Management team to determine deadlines, track deadlines accordingly, and make updates as is needed.

- Concept, set and art direct all visual aspects of B+C campaign and series, including photo and design - Create initial mood board, color palette, own all set design, wardrobe and prop sourcing- Produce sketches, storyboards, and mocks for campaigns and shoots when applicable- On set art direction and styling for videos and photos- Conceptualize the ongoing evolution of photographic brand standards- Cultivate the brand look for the company by acting as the creative interdepartmental liaison, attending initial brainstorms, KOC’s and overseeing creative of small and large initiatives.

- Ideate, pitch, produce, and author branded and original content campaigns-Art direct campaigns from concept to execution, including styling, prop selection and set design on photo shoots- Work closely with sales, design, and editorial teams to ensure consistent content and on-brand campaigns-Manage shoot coordination, casting, logistics and budgets- Produce and own all aspects of photo and video shoots- Creative lead on annual experiential pop-ups and one off brand collaboration events
