In this role, I am responsible for the entire post production work flow for an array of social media products, news content, entertainment, promotions, and advertising. Tight turn around times and deadlines are pivotal in this role. Other functions in this role include social media posting and design/art.Key skills include: Video Editing, Color correction and Color grading of Standard, Raw, and Flat Color Profiles, Sound Mixing, Animation, Motion Graphics, Chroma Keying, Rendering, Exporting, Drawing, Design, Time Management, Preproduction work in the form of script writing, brainstorming, and brand building strategies.> Aided in the creation of coloring book which is collaborated on by the entire digital team and sponsored by local businesses > Increased watch time on digital products by implementing more attention grabbing strategies> Improved quality of products with knowledge of coloring, design, and motion graphics> Primary animation, motion graphics, and post production expert.> Took on additional roles to assist work flow for the entire video team, such as scheduling, Trello management, and Social Media posting.> Implemented new communication strategies for the entire team to be able to communicate better, especially during the pandemic.> Easily transitioned and adapted my in person role to one that is now completely remote.> Worked and Collaborated with Creative Director and Leads to brainstorm and implement new strategies to improve productivity, work flow, organization, brand strategies, marketing techniques, and communication.
