Provides technical, engineering and integration support to the research, development, acquisition, test and evaluation of all Combat Air Force assets in all phases of the acquisition life cycle. Test experience includes F-16, B-52, RQ-4, F-22, HH-60, U2, F-15C/D/E. Project manager on multiple operational force developmental evaluations. Responsible for preparing test plans, leading test execution team, authoring the final report and reporting results of testing to Air Combat Command. Skilled in managing weapons related projects requiring project planning, scheduling and prioritizing resources and assets. Responsible for planning for and identifying risk and developing risk response with mitigation and contingency strategies. I am the Armament Systems subject matter expert, assigned to test teams to analyze and evaluate the suitability of critical new weapons systems. I develop and maintain and instruct the curriculum for the 53rd Wing Operational Suitability Training Program that is required for every new member of the Wings test team.

As the Senior Acquisition Program Specialist I am the assistant Program Manager for the Subscale Aerial Target's Program and Electronic Attack Program. In this position, I am responsible to assist and advise my government counterpart on all actions related to controlling cost, schedule and performance as it related to the subscale aerial targets and EA pod program. My responsibilities included; managing the Integrated Master Schedule to ensure contract actions and program actions are on time. I assist and advise the Program Manger of actions that may not meet the initial schedule and help to guide the program team to reach our target performance schedule. I provide program management support serving as the configuration and data manager. I manage all contract processes ensuring accurate data and contractor timeliness and accountability during all phases of the program. I provide management support and analysis subscale targets and EA Pod budgets. I coordinate all program related meetings such as integrated test team meeting, program management reviews or engineering reviews. I am responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are updated of critical issues and milestone requirements. I am currently managing eight contracts with and estimated value of $258M.
