Cross sell credit union products and services, help members with account issues and other service questions, open new personal/business/other specialty accounts, process IRA and HSA transactions, address member complaints and concerns, facilitate sales coaching with teller staff, schedule staff and coordinate branch meetings, process basic and advanced teller transactions, daily reconciliation of all branch vaults, help with general maintenance concerns at our corporate branch (including basic heating/cooling troubleshooting, mailroom and cash machine errors, ATM issues), plan monthly game incentives for teller staff, work with branch manager to provide yearly reviews for all staff as well as 90 day reviews for new staff
