I handle a territory in SW Denver and up the slope to Grand Junction working with all National Retail accounts that sell any T-Mobile products. I provide training on all products and services and build relationships. I assist with customer questions and issues. I train on the sales process and help my locations meet and exceed their wireless goals.

I handled recruiting and hiring, as well as all new hire on-boarding. I conducted training to all employees both on products and services as well as sales process. I worked with store management and reps in every location to improve in key focus areas. I provided reporting on how reps & stores were performing in these key areas. I used that info to help train and assist locations who were performing poorly. I helped to open all new locations for Catcorp in 4 different states.
