While at Compass Bank, Cassie developed, staffed, and managed a new area of Indirect Collections. Cassie successfully managed a staff of collectors, meeting delinquency and loss goals. During her time at Compass Bank, she played a key roll in major system implementation and well vendor management activities for a variety of other projects.
