I currently oversee the digital department for SummitMedia's Knoxville market. My position consists of managing the digital orders of 14 Account Executives. I’m Google certified and well versed in selling targeted display, targeted email, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools from multiple vendors. I lead sales training sessions on various digital topics and ensure one on one time with the sales staff on a in order to craft proposals or brainstorm new ways to help our client’s campaigns be successful. I have considerable experience in the field with sales staff pitching new campaigns or conducting reporting calls to help educate our clients about their own campaigns. In addition to consistently hitting my quarterly revenue goals, I assist each radio station with their social media strategy as well as branding for each of their contests and promotions while also managing 4 radio station websites (Star1021fm.com, Hot1045.net, 931wnox.com, Q100country.com). I design all print and online graphics for each of our stations and have crafted a visual brand that has successfully allowed these stations to stand on their own in a crowded market.

I work with the sales team to coordinate digital orders along with broadcast orders. I go on clients meetings, input all digital orders and oversee day to day tasks concerning all 4 station websites, apps, streams and social media accounts.

I maintained the digital presence of Star 102.1, Q 100.3, Hot 104.5 & Classic Hits 93.1, including their websites, social media accounts, weekly newsletters and all digital promotional obligations.

I worked on email blasts, signage and postcards for different events. I also did some logo designs along with executing a book with helpful information specifically for graphic design interns at the chamber.
