Internship Coordinator
Current-Assist in the onboarding/off-boarding of interns and new college graduates by ensuring interns have all necessary materials and equipment needed for a successful transition-Organize intern orientation materials by ensuring completion of training plans-Develop and preserve relationships with colleges and universities by attending recruitment events to help raise brand awareness and recruit top students -Manage all recruiting efforts for the intern program including identifying and coordinating effective job posting strategies, building job descriptions, creating and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates, and screening resumes-Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate panel interviews, extend verbal offers, and maintain recruitment status reports in the Crelate applicant tracking system (ATS)-Partner with hiring managers and selection teams to ensure a highly effective and efficient interview and assessment process-Plan and execute intern social and community service events-Oversee the internship program budget and operate within annual limits-Conduct exit interviews to solicit feedback on interns’ overall experience and reason behind separations in order to identify areas for improvement-Collaborate with staff to help resolve employee relation issues or concerns regarding their respective interns
