Responsible for the design and implementation of HR processes in a global corporation with over 100 legal entities in 40 countries and a very heterogeneous operating model. Lead the design and change management team. We have achieved one single global process for Performance, Succession, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Personnel Administration and Organization Management in a huge change management project. We have been able to implement a global HRMS ( SuccessFactors, a cloud based system ) in a short period of time (first module went live in just 100 days). Managing a multinational team based in several countries and leading a complex matrix network was key in this project.
