Maintaining a sustainable, effective, and successful program at a national non-profit organization that combats homelessness through the power of running, community support, and essential employment and housing resources. Responsibilities: • Meeting monthly and annual chapter goals for members including obtaining employment, independent housing, and enrolling in educational endeavors• Establishing and managing relationships including but not limited to social service organizations, employment referral partners, housing referral partners, and homeless facilities • Managing the recruitment and retention of members and volunteers• Responding to crisis and intervention situations directly related to members • Executing Back on My Feet’s Next Steps program components, including individual goal plans with each member, organizing financial literacy and workforce development courses, referring members to needed services, etc. • Managing program staff and interns • Managing chapter program budget and administering member financial aid • Record keeping in Salesforce and Footprints database
