Initially contracted to organise the inaugural Post-Pandemic Education (PPE) for the Health System conference for Western Sydney LHD. A two-day hybrid Forum, the event hosted 28 speakers at the forefront of healthcare education, including keynote from Secretary of NSW Health.Also took on the BPT network manager role which is responsible for managing the coordination and facilitation of the largest BPT network training program in NSW. Duties included workforce planning, strategic development and implementation of educational programs, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site NSW Health departments.

London and the South East covers over 11,000 of the 40,000 members as at 2022.Working closely with physicians, the London and South East regional office organises and runs educational events including conferences and poster competitions, promotes RCP policy, and works with Health Education England to ensure the training curriculum is delivered to all members.

During my time at Sparks I organised over ten large events, mainly consisting of black tie dinners and fashion shows for up to 700 guests. Marketing/Communication responsibilities included: Design and production of all marketing materials for each event with external design agencies and printers. Ensuring all appropriate proofing with both internal and external stakeholders was approved. Liaising with all committee members to ensure effective management and sales of events. Responsible for driving all marketing of promotional materials to the correct people, especially the 'top supporters' of the charity and ensuring all materials went out at the correct time. Co-ordination with the PR companies linked to the sponsors to guarantee the sponsors satisfaction and maintaining relationships to ensure future cooperation.Management responsibilities at these events included: venue booking, securing sponsorship and in-kind donations. Overseeing all work by contractors: managing production, entertainment, models and volunteers. Marketing, including online and print advertising. Management of committees.Administrative and computing responsibilities included: collating and uploading content to the website via Net Community, responsibility for the monthly e-newsletter and keeping Raisers Edge database up to date.Accounting responsibilities included: creating and adhering to event budgets, ensuring Sage accounting software is up to date, raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments. Cross-charging between accounts within the charity.

I was the lead role in organising a festival with 150 attendees. This included sourcing production, scheduling, budgeting and accounts. The festival made a small profit.

I held the lead role in the Candles of Hope Ceremony. Duties included setting up the stall, organizing the team, selling candles and liaising with event production.

Hovis London FreewheelResponsibilities: Managing a team of marshals and a section of one of the routes into London and ensuring participants had a good experience on the day and that any incidents were correctly reported. I was also in charge of the StCrusaid for LifeResponsibilities: Managed a team of 10 volunteers to patrol the zone.

Supporting the management of volunteers for three large events including: recruitment of volunteers, organisation of materials for the events, co-ordinating the allocation of volunteers to their roles. Sourcing free advertising space and sending promotional material. Main responsibilities on the event days included planning, setting up, and running the event area, liaising with attendees, managing volunteers and budgeting.
