Fiona filled a management role in this leading quantity surveying firm and was responsible for delivering a variety of projects including residential, commercial, health and aged care. With five direct reports, she managed staff and resources, developed the business and mentored other team members.

Working with major Singapore developers, Fiona filled a senior role covering all aspect of quantity surveying project delivery. Projects included residential developments, ranging from $50m to $100m. Fiona worked in a culturally diverse environment, developing her communication and liaison skills to negotiate roles, responsibilities and decision making.

In this public sector environment, Fiona delivered all quantity surveying services on a range of local amenity projects within a small dynamic team. She liaised with other council departments to negotiate capital works projects and maintenance contracts and worked closely with an in-house design team of architects, engineers and planners on all projects.

Fiona commenced her career here and obtained her formal qualification in quantity surveying. Fiona gained a considerable amount of experience across a range of public and private projects such as hospital projects, residential aged care, social housing and heritage projects
