• Architected, Designed, and implemented all aspects of the company’s corporate wide VMware initiative. This included design of storage, network, backups, disaster recover, and server hardware. Validated design by using small deployments of VMware in our remote office before deployment at Main Site. Design leveraged storage clusters ability to do fast backup and restores, and data deduplication.• Migrated domain from a mixed mode NT/2000 Active Directory, to 2003 native mode Active Directory. And then To a 2008R2 native Active Directory• Migrated Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 hosted in a VMware clustered environment stored in a Active/Active Storage Cluster. • Implemented and streamlined a comprehensive backup and recovery process.• Deployed a Shoretel VoIP phones system utilizing POE. All supporting servers were deployed into the VMware environment.• Architected, managed vendors, investigated, and implemented multiply aspects of three major office moves. Including all aspects of Telco services, internal data wiring, HVAC requirements, Power for both Labs and cube spaces, and all computer equipment moved from site to site. Also have managed the closing of US and International offices.
