Responsible for "Builders' Merchant" and "Metallurgical Flux" segments in Romania.- Representing the company in relation with distributor and distributor custumers;- Market research to identify specialized constructors capable to apply technical mortars and concrets ;- Periodic trainings and product prezentations for sales reprezentatives and customers;- Indentify new opportunities and market segments to sale the products;- Achieving the assumed objectives.

- Managing with success an important partners portfolio, according with Akzo Nobel Coatings policy, in S-E part of Romania (8 counties - Bucuresti, Ilfov, Giurgiu, Calarasi, Constanta, Tulcea);- Representing the company in relation to distributors;- Negotiating and supervision of the contracts;- Performing regular product presentations for sales representatives;- Market research to identify potential customers / distributors, recruitment in the area allocated of customers / distributors capable to provide product sales;- Achieving the assumed objectives.

- Management of Bucharest Trading Division responsable for South Area of Romania (sales, logistic, stocs), including Human Resources Departmant, for 20-30 employees;- Elaborate and implement sales strategies, according to market evolution together with the sales team and National Sales Manager;- Developing the "Business to Business" department by identifying and attracting new important customers;- Leading the sales team in Bucharest and Southern region towards reaching objectives;- Regular assessments of results and short, medium and long term indicators and corrective measures, if i i't was neccesary;- Propossal and assuming of annual, quarterly and monthly Trading Bucharest Division objectives;- Achievement of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the company.

- Maintaining and developing customer portfolio (auctions, meetings, listings, promotions);- Contracts negociation, discounts and payment terms according to the company policy;- Consulting and supporting TOP clients to achive monthly / quarterly / annual targets;- Contracts monitoring - payments;- Offering optimal solutions to constructors;- Direct sales to end users;- Achieving the monthly and annual objectives;- Reporting activities;- Continuous market and competitors monitoring;- Setting, together with the Division Director, of monthly, quarterly and annual objectives for the sales team;- Supervise and motivate the sales team;- Monitoring of sales representatives performance and activity;- Identifying solutions to improve sales team performance;- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identify development opportunities;- Regular reports to the Division Director.
