Ability to provide rehabilitative therapy services for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts;Administering treatments involving applications of physical agent modalities such as cold, heat, water, and electricity (e.g., cold packs, fluidotherapy, paraffin, etc.);Recording treatment results in the patient's medical record, noting progress towards functional goals and pain management; andPerforming non-technical maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions.Experience providing appointment information and assisting discussing or sending outcorrespondence.

Serves as the point of contact on matters relating to health benefits programs available to eligible beneficiaries. Provides advisory services on benefits offered through the TRICARE program and ability to respond to general queries both in person and on the phone to ensure accurate responses are given. Troubleshoots and resolves problems for TRICARE beneficiaries and providers.Informs and educates beneficiaries and diverse groups of individuals when exchanging information regarding health care benefits, ability to perform research and referrals for customers issues/inquires and experience preparing case documentation based on caller's inquiresExperience receiving telephone calls from and respond to veterans, their family members and/or legal representatives concerning routine and non-routine pharmacy/prescription-related issues and inquiriesKnowledge of the laws, regulations, procedures and online services with ability to use online technology, automation tools, web-based applications and ability to perform tasks suchas tracking cases, monitoring workloads, retrieving workload information and tracking status of prescriptions.
