-Group coaching workshops, individual and group class instruction at fitness training centers in the tri-state area, as well as serving immigrant women with limited or no healthcare access at nonprofit organizations. -Assisted at seniors home to help patients self-manage diabetes, helped in workshops, educated people about diabetes, and informed the community and supporters about the association.

Integrative Nutrition and Functional Counseling - Evaluate, educate and coach clients in health and nutrition optimisation and overall healthy lifestyle.

Teaching fitness classes in Medellin- Colombia, and New York, USA at fitness centers.(Zumba, functional training, HIIT, Glutes).

Teaching fitness dancing to all ages, mostly salsa, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, bachata, hip hop, pop, Israeli and Hindi.

Standardization of recipes, education of food service personnel in quality control, regulation and compliance.

Public nutrition community outreach to educate the public and collect data related to food programs. Elaboration of nutrition presentations for the school's parents, and social media education for the community. Quality control, analysis, documentation and organization of the research data and findings for the proposed ten year nutrition security plan for the city 2021-2031. Acknowledged for these contributions by the City of Envigado in Colombia.

Research and presentation of topics related to clinical nutrition, analysis and elaboration of the food plan (enteral and parenteral support) depending on the nutritional status and evolution of cancer patients at the Clinic .

Joining interdisciplinary team meetings, providing nutrition education to athletes, and presenting research papers related to sports nutrition topics.

Support all students and professors activities at the laboratory. Support University activities in the community and with third party businesses. Guide students in taking body measurements, laboratory objects maintenance, and be part of the anthropometric group study.

Two important projects. The first being the design of a questionnaire relating to food consumption frequency. The second, LATINMETS, evaluating the components of food consumption for the years of 2009 through 2011. In both I was engaged in one or more of the following work streams: Development and administering the questionnaires to the participants, taking anthropometric measurements of the participants, verification and control of data, Information digitization, literature review and comparative analysis.
