Current• In charge of all day-to-day business and personal matters for music tycoon, who manages some of the most globally successful Latin artists to date. Duties include heavy calendar management in multiple time zones, complex 5-star traveling and facilitating executive’s participation in industry events, speaking engagements and press events.• Support COO and CFO with admin and operation-driven tasks to make sure business goals are met, with strong project management and follow through systems. Manage office vendors and company-wide purchases of equipment.• Assist with the interviewing, hiring and on-boarding of new employees, manage PTO tracking, process expense reports from various departments, plan mandatory HR trainings and organize weekly company-wide meetings.• Plan and execute company off-sites. Negotiate with venue/catering/audiovisual vendors, plan agenda with Senior Leadership, communicate event details with employees, produce company merchandise and act as show runner.• Act as tour manager for CEO and team for important domestic and international tour dates, coordinating all travel logistics, distribution of complementary tickets and allocation of all-access passes to staff and VIP guests. Establish best practices with security team on site, manage green rooms set-up and catering, plan and run after-show parties.• Maintain and develop relationships directly with artists and their teams, labels’ Senior Leadership and their teams, music producers and PR agencies.
