- Project 1: Design of a new credit product for the customers of a gas company: * Develop a benchmark of competitors and potential partners. * Propose a core market, product characterization and customer journey. * Propose an operating model and map the service blueprint.Results: The designed credit product was approved by the client's executive committee.- Project 2: Define the requirements for an ERP upgrade for a leading car dealer.Results: Reduction in the cost of the ERP upgrade, some of the requirements collected were negotiated as fixes rather than new functionality.
