Global lead and official liaison between campaign configuration teams, Eloqua platform team, Campaign Strategists and Campaign Managers.Serving as the expert for client-specific campaign configuration, design, testing, and launch requirements within Eloqua. Specific duties include:- Act as a consultant during campaign scoping process to advise campaign managers and demand center strategists on how Eloqua configuration impacts campaign design considerations - Produce and maintain a set of Marketing Automation playbooks whose target audience is campaign managers within individual Business Units- Assist Digital Demand Strategist in analyzing campaign data and process observations in order to produce quarterly recommendations for content, targeting, and process optimizations for future campaigns- Review, advise, and approve proposed campaign flows for non-standard campaigns- Implement/modify campaign infrastructure, touch governance, privacy and preference mechanisms and templates- Train the configuration teams when new enhancements impact campaign setup or deployment- Provide documentation for standard and non-standard campaign configuration requirements- Maintain and update platform utilization and process documentation- QC campaigns before final launch

Roles and responsibilities:1. Lead the daily Data Audit process, evaluating responses flow in HP ecosystem -> Global Response Management -> Eloqua -> SFDC and assuring lead conversion rate is accounted for and performing under agreed standards2. Liaise on a daily basis with GRM and SFDC team to ensure responses are being passed on and converted leads are captured accordingly3. Perform Eloqua research on responses and lead conversion mismatch4. Collaborate closely with the report publishing lead and provide research results on responses and lead conversion flow inside the ecosystem5. Dynamically evaluate and improve the data-matching and audit process by re-purposing and challenging it6. Own, develop and enhance tools for data auditing and reporting7. Support/manage daily audit meetings with the operations team and bi-weekly stakeholder reviews

Manage the Iasi off-shore configuration team and provide support for decision making to account managers and client.Roles and responsibilities:- Liaise with Account Managers on a daily basis - lead the off-shore team to deliver best quality in agreed timeline- Create, enhance and track workflows for increased efficiency and improved communication and workflow inside the team and to client- Provide support to Account Management and client for best campaign configuration options, based on client requirements, user journey and Eloqua capabilities- Inform/brief team members on new campaigns specifics - Provide support to team members on campaign configuration tasks- Quality Assurance. Double check files/assets/worksheets and provide feedback to team and Account Managers if inconsistency found. Test specific campaign configuration- Assure all team members have all required resources to finalize their tasks successfully- Recruit and appraise off-shore team members; report on team activity and performance- Train new and existing team members on specific HP/MZL/Eloqua tasks and workflow (on-shore and off-shore)- Report on campaign status- Actively participate in briefing meetings, configuration meetings, status meetings- EMEA Account Management overflow

Roles and Responsibilities:- Plan new campaigns considering resources available and campaign complexity; provide delivery dates to Account Managers and client- Manage and assign resources based on client and campaign requirements- Provide time and human resources estimates based on client requirements- Develop and enhance time and resource management tools- Add all tasks into timeline - with description and time allocation- Update all traffic details on a daily/weekly basis- Deliver weekly traffic reports for capacity and assignment per resource and campaign, with a 3 months forecast
