- Implementation of Clinical studies in patients, from project start-up phase through its closure.- Participation on budget negotiation and study contracting activities, bridging with the appropriate site staff.- Collaboration in the application to the Regulatory Agency, Ethics and Site’s Administration Boards.- Participation in the definition of recruitment strategies and recruitment plan, according to the project timelines established.- Conduction of site initiation, ongoing monitoring and close-out visits and maintenance of the related documentation.- Point of contact with clients and vendors, maintaining effective communications and building a strong relationship with them.- Identification of Sponsor’s requirements, implementing and communicating them to the team members.- Mentorship of the Clinical Research Associates team and assist the department management.

Key responsibilities were:- Coordinating, coaching and supervising a team of Clinical Research Coordinators, ensuring day-to-day efficiency.- Preparing and maintain tracking tools and management control documentation.- Identifying and resolving issues to guarantee high-performance levels and the achievement of company annual objectives.- Act as point of contact between Clinical Research Coordinators’ team and company management board.- Liaise with Institutions Administration Boards and Sponsors/CROs representatives.
