· Set up a fully agile team to build the new IoT provisioning flows and automate network configurations so that the sales teams can simply select the new IoT products they want to sell and their activation goes smoothly.· Own and run all agile ceremonies, from daily stand-ups, refinements and retrospectives, along with sprint planning and review.· Define and implement ways of work, frameworks and methodologies in order to guarantee the best possible delivery, with the highest quality and on time.· Create and improve governance around the team and within the entire cluster, ensuring that processes are in place and make sense.· Roadmap and stakeholder management between product, BSS, network, onboarding and logistics teams.· Responsible for guaranteeing a good solution design and implementation as well as documentation of IoT bespoke products, considering technical and commercial requirements. · Team management, task prioritization and planning of a multi-disciplinary team whose responsibilities include RSP (M2M and Consumer) Engineering, SIM Engineering & Development, OTA and Entitlements Engineering, Devices Testing and SIM Q&A.· Liaise with product, technology strategy and innovation and operations teams to discuss project specifications and procedures, aligning priorities, resources and deadlines.· Guarantee that new products design, development, production and testing follow the company policies as well as the agreed change management.· Was involved in the deployment and evolution of the following projects:Truphone’s first M2M RSP deploy and GSMA’s SAS-SM certification.Truphone’s first Consumer RSP deploy and GSMA’s SAS-SM certification.Apple’s iPad bootstrap project.Apple’s iPhone eSIM project.Truphone eSIM with proprietary OS and Applets.

· Responsible for managing Truphone’s Signalling, Voice & Roaming team, with around 20 engineers; including support’s tier two and three. The team was responsible for all operations and maintenance of Open Mobile Softswitch, Rel. M16.2, Multimedia Gateway, Rel. U5.0 EP2, HP iHSS and Nonstop cluster, Cisco ITPs, Multi-Function Server, F5 Networks Traffix Signalling Delivery Controller as well as Teles Class 4 Softswitch, VOIPbox and all core network connectivity (SIP, SCCP, ISUP). · Responsible for maintaining and implementing new policies and procedures following best practices. · Responsible for the shift and on-call roster that supports the team’s 24x7 operation. Designed, implemented and controlled the team's skill development plan.· Overseen the team throughout implementations, integrations, escalations, response to service disruptions, and project management to ensure that all deliverables were met.· Overseen all technical documentation created for the tasks and processes supported by the team.· Actively contributed for an operational roadmap that ensured network reliability, availability and that is compliant with customer service level agreements, preventive maintenance requirements, and 'readiness' of all network and systems assets.

Configuration and monitoring of Truphone’s GSM Core network. Optimization of network implementation, troubleshooting and definition of procedures to ensure a continuous innovation. Traffic analyses of SSCP, SIP, ISUP, CAMEL, MAP and GPRS protocols to detect and correct problems in Truphone’s Core Network.Monitoring the KPIs reports and optimization of the network with respect to performance and faults.Remote configuration of all network nodes such as MSS, STPs, SMSC, HLR, IN.
