Talent:· Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes (Tech & non-tech roles);· Conduct technical searches, application reviews, screenings, behavioural and competency-based interviews;· Create job descriptions, and postings, optimised sourcing and built talent pipelines;· Manage the ATS platform, maintaining data integrity (Recruitee and Teamtailor);· Work with multiple stakeholders to discuss strategies, business needs, job offers, salary analysis and processes;HR & Operations:· Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for new and departing team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment;· Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in human resources;· Support all the HR activities - Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, among others;· Payroll.

It is incumbent upon TORVC within the scope of the stages of reception, diagnosis, guidance and forwarding:· Register young people and adults in the Sistema de Informação e Gestão da Oferta Educativa e Formativa (SIGO) and report on the performance of the CQ;· Promote orientation sessions that allow each young person or adult to identify the most appropriate response to their aptitudes and motivations;· Refer young people and adults, taking into account the information on the job market and the education and training offers available in the training entities of the respective territory or, in the case of adults, for the RVCC process whenever this proves to be appropriate;· Develop dissemination and information actions, among the different publics residing or studying in the territory, about the role of CQ and qualification opportunities, namely the offer of dual certification courses;· Place candidates in the RVCC process, whether academic, professional or dual certification, according to their life experience and skills profile;· Accompanying adults throughout the RVCC process, through the promotion of recognition sessions, support in the construction of the portfolio and the application of specific assessment instruments, in conjunction with trainers and/or teachers;· Establish contacts with external entities and work on the road with employees of companies and IPSS.

· Performance of tasks associated with a Technique of Guidance, Recognition and Validation of Competencies;· Monitoring of RVCC Processes.

· Collaborate and advise on activities;· Preparation of spaces and resources for lectures and announcements promoted by the entity;· Implementation of an educational project (I.D. - Idosos em Desenvolvimento).

· Collaborate and advise in the occupational activities of a group of children aged 4/5 years under guidance.
