Hi!My name is Catarina Soudo. I'm a Designer, Project Management, Freelancer with an atypical experience and diverse background.In my current position as Project Manager, I am responsible for strategic planning, monitoring and delivering unique fit-out projects to high standards, within scope, time and budget. Acting as the link between internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring on site projects closely I have developed strong stakeholder, resource management and communication skills and have built strong relationships. Due to the volatile nature of the projects strong problem solving and adaptability skills are essential to react to unforeseen events while prioritizing tasks to achieve goals. In my previous role - Project Development Coordinator - I was responsible for developing, scoping, budgeting and monitoring capital expenditure proposals for fit-out projects of varying magnitudes.In recent years I held the position of Art Director / Lead Designer in the Portuguese TEKEVER Group, where I was responsible for all marketing, branding and graphic communication. Complementing the creative aspect with the administrative and financial management of the department, tracking all projects from initial development to implementation, I developed resources management skills.The values of self-motivation, initiative, continuous-learning, respect, honesty, integrity, leadership, commitment, cooperation, innovation and creativity have been guiding my career.
