Worked closely with PLMs and development to design in-line styles as well as to create SMUs.- Coordinated and led cross-functional inspiration trip to Wanderlust 108 in Miami, Florida for headwear, graphic design, and apparel teams, generating cohesion for upcoming season. Focused on women’s-specific graphics to refresh collection.- Initiated and managed innovation team for design-based exploratory development of fabrics, silhouettes, and trims. Enabled team to research and sample fabrics outside of design calendar, securing longer-lead time fabrics/trims and fostering more experimental, trend-driven ideas.- Traveled to San Diego and New York CIty to supervise catalog photoshoots and style product. Studio assistant for the creation of the forthcoming book, Creating Couture Embellishments, published by Lawrence King. Duties included creation of an array of samples and garments to showcase couture embellishment techniques, as well as solving flat-patterning and design hurdles, assisting at photo shoots, and some text editing work.

Designed Puma Move collection for young, adventurous studio-goer. Collaborated with broader team on seasonal direction and aesthetic. Worked closely with graphic designer to take-down seasonal graphics into young, fresh market. Designed apparel and soft-good products for various clients, including EASTPACK, LI NING, QUIKSILVER and FUSE BASE LAYER. - Was tapped to be on the team for The Third Eye, a Trend Forecasting book by GRAND Studio. Gathered images and arranged into different “moods”, created garments and products for each silo, worked alongside Design Head to choose and assort color palettes, wrote and edited all copy based on communal ideas - Worked within small team to create ColoRush: The Active Forecast, a color forecasting book. Daily activities included creating and maintaining tech packs, recording fits, and attending meetings with outside vendors.- Created an Intern Project for our program, wherein each participant was tasked with identifying a market yet untapped by Columbia, write a proposal for why that would be a good market, and then present mood, designs, and product that Columbia could use to enter said market. My own presentation was on the Trail Running market, a reasonable expansion of their current Outdoor market that could easily make use of their own strengths and capitalize on their existing performance and versatile sensibilities
