I worked with multiple software development teams as a scrum master/team coach, with a focus on team dynamics, an agile mindset, and bringing more joy. Highlights included completely remixing the way the company approached sprint reviews; co-organizing a company hackathon; and setting up a women’s network.

Coaching a team of experienced project managers as we brought the benefits of the Lufthansa Group's NDC to travel agencies. Under especially challenging circumstances in the aviation industry, we kept pushing forward, growing as a team, and improving how we worked together. I also ran a session for the Lufthansa Innovation Lab on circular economy.

Working with a dedicated team of engineers distributed across the world, supporting Sherpany in their mission to build a world where every meeting counts. We get stuff done, have fun, and ask, "how could we do better next time?"
