Cate works as a Coach, Speaker, Psychosexual Therapist, Couples Counsellor, Artist and Relationship Columnist for inews. She supports individuals to become more empowered in their relationships and sex lives, and helps couples to communicate better and improve their intimacy. She has been running groups since 1993 and has a thriving coaching practice online. Cate is best known as the Dating Coach on ‘The Undateables’ (Channel 4), the Flirting Coach on ‘The Jeremy Vine Show’ (Channel 5) and the Psychosexual Therapist on ‘Kinky Britain’ (Channel 4). Cate is an accredited Psychosexual Therapist and can regularly be heard on BBC Radio ‘Woman’s Hour’ and ‘Five Live’, along with Talk Radio and RTE. Cate’s performing experience includes ‘Sensitive Skin’ (BBC 2) alongside Joanna Lumley, the YouTube webseries ‘The Bitch Diaries’ and well received stand up shows at both the Edinburgh and Camden Fringes. She has presented monthly Psychologies Magazine Lives and has been featured on many podcasts, including ‘Before We Say I Do’ where she gives couples counselling to Denise Van Outen and Eddie Boxshall.On her own podcast 'Love, Pleasure & Joy', Cate has interviewed the likes of Ruby Wax and Russell Kane.
