Consulted with K-12 Independent Schools on strategic planning and implementation of Global Education initiatives. Included professional development, curriculum mapping and analysis, capacity-building, 1:1 curriculum consulting, communications with stakeholders, resource-brokering. Helping schools to craft and support high quality global literacy and global citizenship programs across classrooms and throughout campus life. Client included Marin Country Day School and The Girls Preparatory School.

Assisted Director Carl Hobert in facilitating the 5-day Regional Youth Training on Conflict Management and Resolution in Rwanda as part of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region. Worked with youth, educators, and government officials from Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda to develop conflict prevention skills and institutional frameworks for peace-building. Wrote a documentary piece placing the initiative in the context of the region's historical and geopolitical realities.

Assisted with grant review processes, grantee relations, and networking among foundations active in funding programs for Children and Youth in California. Contract work for the Stuart Foundations and the Foundation Consortium, as well as PRA, a technical assistance and evaluation firm serving the public and philanthropic sector.

Managed year-long research project monitoring the implementation of Proposition J, an initiative of the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families. Interviewed grantees and stakeholders, managed a research team, wrote a report evaluating the legislation. Researched and wrote a report on the State of San Francisco's Youth.
