In our increasingly complex and fast-paced environment, I’m a firm believer that attentive and pro-active project management is key to a smooth and successful project.I am my client’s advocate, listening to their needs, providing solutions and delivering honest value. Each project is clearly defined from the onset, including objectives, budgets, timelines, and production considerations. Then, I work closely with our award-winning in-house creative team, keeping everyone on track and informed throughout the process. I pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture.All aspects of production and delivery are carefully scoped from the onset to ensure optimum value and efficiency. As needed, I leverage relationships with a network of specialist partners – printers, fulfillment and mailing, photographers, illustrators, and others, to seamlessly deliver the strongest solutions. Along with my team of four project management specialists, I am always on the lookout for new ways to refine and improve our processes, leverage new technology and provide best-in-class creative and service.
