Senior System Operations Associate
Current- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and Netsuite strategy and develop implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Lead the design and execution of NetSuite enhancements, optimizing processes, and improving system performance.- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather system requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.- Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, working closely with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical and functional problems.- Develop comprehensive documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and training materials, ensuring smooth user adoption, coherent system testing, and knowledge transfer.
