This role involved management of all aspects of Marketwired’s hosting product, Impress. The main challenge faced when taking over the department was the need to improve the ability of the product to support market-parity features such as content management, mobile compatibility and site scalability. Responsibilities included evaluating various hosting options, selecting best alternative and then executing all aspects of bringing product to market. Once new hosting platform was available, initiated second project to transition clients from multiple legacy platforms to a new, unified asp.net-based solution. During project execution I continued to manage day-to-day support of the product and was responsible for doubling the number of clients over a 2 year period. To support this growth I took on responsibility for processing improvement, sales support, product marketing, and training materials.
