ARK is providing information for strategic decision making on application development, application withdrawal and application consolidation, and to mitigate issues from application upgrades and roll out of new technology.•Management of ARK as requirements for data and data storage evolve and value for the data increases.•Worked with internal customers to develop a global automated approval process for creating new fibre products and save more than $1 million per year. •Automated the Gloucester Work Permit process to ensure legal and site compliance. •Worked with HR to provide an absence recording tool across 5 different countries, taking into account the different legal requirements for each country. •Replaced and revised an existing Lotus Notes process for requesting and tracking customer samples in Europe with a global SharePoint and InfoPath solution.
