Especially when we deal with disruption and uncertainty, organisations will not thrive if people don't connect as humans. I’ve learned how to develop grounded, inclusive leaders, empowered, resilient teams and a purpose-led growth mindset. Along the way I also learned a great deal about transformational change through practising and teaching Pilates.
