As a Senior Trial Attorney my cases involved defending commercial and retail clients in a variety of matters. I was responsible for all facets of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, the discovery process, and all aspects of jury trials. I handled dozens of presentations every year to client executive teams, claims management teams, trials and hearings, and CLEs. I joined Smith Freed & Eberhard, P.C. in 2012 as an associate attorney. In 2014, I became a partner at the firm. My practice areas are in automotive defense, commercial liability, premises liability defense, and property dispute issues.
