Hazon is the largest faith-based environmental organization in the US. Established a new role to unify and strengthen all of Hazon’s national programs, with a new focus on climate change. Built and managed a new National Program Team of 10 with six direct reports, including all Hazon Detroit staff, and staff of Hazon’s Seal of Sustainability, Food and Climate, Rabbinic Organizing, and JOFEE field-building work.Led a team to design a new program for catalyzing individuals to commit to more sustainable behaviors.Oversaw a $1.4 million budget; member of Hazon’s Senior Team.
