This tracker is used to drive and lead cost transformation meetings. Working with supply planners weekly to check savings projects' progress and idea generation. -Helped create a PowerBi Dashboard for KPI for all 5 factories. This dashboard allows for factory specifics as well as total network views. This required scrubbing a year's worth of HR data and mapping to categorize pay codes properly. This dashboard allows users to analyze trends and can be used to drive cost-saving actions. -Established a cross-functional monthly meeting to track and introduce new business cases happening within the business.
