Brief weekly/bi-weekly slides to management when needed.Work with IPT lead regarding all aspects of the NGJ-LB Interface Control Working Group (ICWG).Coordinate activities for the quarterly meetings, to include creation of agendas, running and coordination of preparation meetings. Ensure adequate representation by technical experts, complete representation from all key stakeholders (viz., Program Offices, Competencies, Fleet Reps, Industry Members, etc.), and balance of overall membership.Assist IPT in compiling labor demand from multiple government activities for entry into the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) under the Acquisition Management System (AMS) Suite.Utilize NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) digital acquisition tools to include Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Contract Data Requirements List Tool (CDRL).Review, sanitize, and apply proper distribution markings on documents to be released to Cooperative Program Partners (CPP). -
