I love assisting people in achieving their goals. I am client focused and listen closely to my clients working with them to find the right property whether they are first time home buyers, downsizing, or looking for a second home or investment properties. I will guide you through the entire process. I have been specializing in residential properties as well as investment properties throughout Austin and the surrounding areas. My goal is develop a long-term relationship with you and to assist you with your real estate needs now and in the future. I have sold homes from 200k to 1.7M.Before becoming a Realtor I received a BA from UCLA and MA from Cal State Los Angeles. I worked for over 30 years in human resources management. My last position was Senior Vice President at GE Money/WMC Mortgage Co. I have proven experience at understanding people, developing solid business relationships, in addition to analyzing and negotiating deals. I believe in continuing education and have completed Investor educational programs at the Austin Institute of Real Estate and The Commercial Institute of Real Estate, including a three-month one on one mentoring program. I am also: a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
