I am currently completing my honors thesis on Patient Racial/Ethnic Differences in the Relative Valuing of Using Therapist Problem-Specific Effectiveness Data for Provider Selection in the lab.

I worked under CEO, supporting her agenda through research, analysis, and materials creation. I supported CEO's work with the Women’s Justice Commission, a national, nonpartisan panel led by U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to document and raise awareness of the unique challenges facing women in the justice system and produce recommendations for evidence-based reforms. I had the privilege of attending the inaugural meeting of the Commission. I also conducted research on the effect of positive relationships between criminal justice system professionals and system-involved individuals on justice outcomes.

In this role I identified key metrics and collected data from over 200 community development loans. I created and analyzed a database to understand the impact of these loans.I summarized analysis, highlighting the fund’s powerful impact in the community and then presented findings to loan investment committee to attract additional funding.

In this role I planned weekly 50-minute spin classes for forty student cyclists by creating rides comprised of different stages with varying cadences and efforts and choosing accompanying music. I instructed, lead and motivated early morning spin classes by generating positive energy and vocal support to create an inclusive studio environment for all cyclists, regardless of ability or fitness level

I conducted initial and final swim assessments for one hundred boys ages 6-14, as well as created swim lesson plans and provided swim instruction to improve campers’ swimming skills. I was responsible for care, wellbeing and safety of twelve 8-year-old boys in my sleeping cabin for 8 weeks. I engaged boys with games and stories, taught them how to do various chores, supported first-year campers during bouts of homesickness, and helped boys navigate conflict with other cabin mates.
