Welcome! I am a massage, spa,holistic & beauty therapist with over 20 years industry experience. I also teach therapies, Pilates, Yoga & Meditation & my courses are accredited throughout the UK.I am passionate about bringing balance & wellness to my clients so combine my many skills into wellness coaching packages to aid clients moving forward into a positive, balanced & motivated life.I coach & mentor through many aspects of my clients well being including confidence, feeling unsure of how to take your business forward & how to balance all of these things in a busy world. At 27 I had major back surgery & was told I would have to have morphine, a back brace & crutches & could possibly be paralysed, at the time I had already lost feeling from the waist down. Due to my therapy knowledge & mindset I walked out of the hospital 3 days later with no back brace , no crutches & nothing stronger than a paracetamol! I was back at my busy London practice within 6 weeks. From that moment I have devoured even more knowledge on well being, the mind, spirituality, nutrition,health & wellness. As a result I am able to help my clients through their own pain/ stress management issues & come from a background of understanding.
