I have a strong background in sales and customer service. Working in this industry for as long as I have, I've acquired many different skills that make me successful in what I do. I've worked with several different types of customers, in several different environments. I'm always aware of body language and tone, both on the customers end and my own. I'm capable of taking an unhappy customer and listening to what they have to say and resolving any issues they have. My goal with every customer is to always have them leaving in a better mood than they came in with. I provide the best possible customer service that I can, which always gains me repeat customers.I am an excellent leader and trainer. I have been in several management positions, which not only strengthened my customer service skills, but my leadership skills as well. I work closely and carefully with my teams, and other employees as well. I increase productivity by boosting morale and providing them with the skills needed to be successful.
