I manage the Learning Support team at John Hampden Grammar and I’m responsible for developing the strategy, setting the objectives and overseeing the day to day management of that team. My team and I work closely with the Principal, teachers and parents of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to deliver the best possible outcomes for those students. I work with outside agencies in support of SEN students and with the teachers at the school to develop individual learning plans to maximise their learning capability and encourage acceptance and inclusion of the students with Special Needs.
