As Senior Research Executive I currently have specific responsibility for exploring and innovating new delivery approaches and fieldwork techniques and for developing the team to ensure the quality of fieldwork at Databuild. I have particular skills in analysis and critical thinking allowing me to ensure that data is collected in a way to fully address research objectives and to then accurately interpret the findings, drawing out key trends and themes. My expertise as a Senior Research Executive is built on a strong foundation of qualitative and quantitative interviewing; I regularly conduct interviews with individuals at all levels within public and private sector organisations, and have a solid grasp in effectively engaging with these audiences. I have formidable aptitude in qualitative research and focus group moderation and excellent communication skills. At Databuild, I have a particular interest in staff development and I regularly hold workshops to train and coach other project staff to enable them to get the maximum level of insight from primary and secondary research techniques.
