Remotely assisted full time office staff with data research and data entry. Research included accessing multiple public records data sites to store needed documents on company server. Information from these documents was entered into the appraisal software. After the property was inspected, additional data entry and editing was provided within the appraisal report.

During this time I worked for many different types of companies from a one-person bookkeeping service to different departments at University of Vermont. My assignments included data entry, filing, scanning, answering phones, setting up appointments, making traveling arrangements, keeping calendars, reconciling purchase cards, preparing Front Office Manual, and many, many other tasks.

Provided a wide variety of analytical, technical and administrative support to OFCANZ including data entry; manipulation and management of spreadsheet-based information; transcriptions of taped oral communications; and preparation of Taskforce meeting minutes. Participated in several large police search warrant executions by preparing documents, suspect profiles and case folders before the warrant execution; assisted the Exhibit Officer with receiving and cataloging exhibits; and prepared documents for the prosecution service for trial discovery purposes.

Provided administrative and logistical support for six national training programs that included coordination and communication between Center personal, national member agencies, and NW3C management; maintained several databases of attendees to trainings; prepared and shipped equipment and materials to training sites around the United States; mailed thousands of CD based training products to law enforcement; maintained statistical reports on CDs mailed.Provided assistance to the travel coordinator by locating and soliciting bids from hotels and coordinating with hotels for training and conference events; prepared purchase orders and maintained NW3C-wide help desk for the Information Technology Group; answered telephone; calendared events for in-house conference events. Provided administrative and logistical support for two national training programs, including event scheduling, space acquisition, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement for attendees, adjunct instructors and staff; designed and maintained databases and spreadsheets for grant reporting; attended and recorded minutes for meetings; prepared reports, and other documentation for submission to the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
