Together we worked on strategy and planning of logistics and solutions, to create and deliver extremely successful events from brief to completion.

Selected for the opening team for a new independent 4* deluxe 120 bedroom hotel, popular with both leisure and corporate guests. Directly co-ordinated front-desk activities and assisted the Events team with meetings, conferences and private dinners, ensuring excellent customer service was upheld at all times. Actively trained and developed team members as well as assuming the Duty Manager’s role as required.

I completed a yearlong industrial placement as part of my degree, in the Event Management department - organising client and familiarisation trips and arranging the logistical elements of various events.
