Manages the E-Commerce business and Retail Activation plans for Red Bull’s off-premise sales department. On the E-Commerce side, I am responsible for developing Red Bull’s E-Commerce strategy in Canada specifically focused on Top Bricks and Clicks Retailers including Walmart, Loblaw, Metro, Sobeys, etc. On the Retail Activation side, I am responsible for creating and executing Red Bull´s retail marketing programming in Small and Large Format Retail. I develop and execute on-Brand retail initiatives that meet consumers’ needs while delivering on both brand and customer priorities.

Own visual merchandising/ POS strategy & development for assigned accounts/ channels and develop POS solutions that serve the needs of assigned customers and compliments shopper behavior. Contributes to the annual business plan process with leadership and guidance on effective POS solutions to achieve commercial and brand objectives. Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders including: Operations, Field Sales Force and Key Accounts, Shopper Marketing, Product Marketing, BU Brand Marketing Teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and exceed customers’ expectations. Owns planning, design and development of all In Store Theater (WOW Displays) to support national marketing campaigns and continually identifies opportunities to improve and respectfully challenges the status quo.

· Reports – sending weekly/Monthly Sales reports to Director of Sales as well as sales team· Ensuring promotions are executed and grids completed within timelines· Processing sales team’s requests for additional resources· Ensuring timely completion of all admin including submission of expenses· Resource allocation to ensure the sales team have the tools necessary to succeed in the work force· Improved the assessment process for tracking and monitoring the sales team by implementing trackers and improving the CRM programming system· Work with the Director of Sales to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and are tracked and executed by the sales team
