As Environmental Compliance Manager for South Tahoe Refuse & Recycling, Catherine coordinates with the operations team to implement various programs related to recycling, air quality, stormwater, clean energy, hazardous waste, and operation of the Transfer Station. Catherine also works closely with STR’s local jurisdiction partners on programs to expand recycling opportunities for our residents and businesses and to communicate to customers about those opportunities.
