The Relationspace is a busy, multifaceted, specialist mental health practice servicing the Family Law system. Establishing the practice in 2012 together with Dr. Catherine Boland, The Relationspace offers the gold standard in therapy, intervention and therapeutic counselling for families in high conflict separation and divorce proceedings. It is my role to provide strategic business direction and business development as we expand into online counselling services & education. Relationspace Digital Services will launch Relationspace Online in March 2018 providing Australia's first online counselling program for separating parents developed on an evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. I also support the practitioners of The Relationspace who provide mediation services (S60 I Certificates); expert reports (Chapter 15 reports) and Court Ordered family therapy and intervention. Our services also include individual and family therapy; couples counselling and parenting training.The Relationspace seeks to help individuals, children, couples and families build happier, stronger relationships through relationship education and skills training.

As an Officer designated by the Canadian Government to make final decisions on Immigration applications to Canada, I routinely interviewed, assessed and qualified applications made under Canada's Immigration Act to issue or refuse visas to clients seeking entry to Canada as visitors, workers, students or immigrants. My team were responsible for a large geographic area: Australia, New Zealand and all Pacific Islands south of the Equator. Largely an Administrative Law position, I gained experience in corporate governance, team dynamics and HR management.
