Ms. Keyes is an attorney and educator with particular interest in healthcare and administrative law. She joined Affiliated Monitors in 2008 after working for the Commonwealth as Deputy Registrar of the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and earlier as Executive Director of six licensing boards for the Division of Professional Licensure. Ms. Keyes’ professional work has included teaching Health Law in the Bentley College paralegal program, serving as General Counsel of a patient safety software company, and educating healthcare practitioners about loss prevention through Harvard’s Risk Management Foundation. She was a Board Member and former President of the Massachusetts Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
